2.Do you guys do Honeymoon tours?
Ans: We have some wonderful honeymoon destinations in our bouquet for honeymooners and young couples.
3.Can I change what’s in a holiday package?
Ans: All the Customised tours are flexible and can be changed as per your interests.
4.We are a same sex couple and one of us has a disability/both of us have a disability. We want to have some me time.

5.We are a couple but we are not married.
Ans: That would not be an issue at all. As long as two mature adults want to spend their own time together, no one has the right to judge them. Just let us know and we would make sure you have a great time.

Ans: We take all the information regarding your disability and how much assistance is required prior to the tour, so that we can optimally serve you.
8.What if I want to travel with my own support staff? How much cost I have to pay for him/her?
Ans: We understand your comfort is important. You are most welcome to join us with your own staff. Please inform us before the booking and we would make the necessary customizations.
9. Who will receive me at the airport?
Ans: You will be received by our Travel Buddy holding a Planet Abled placard at the airport.
10. I am a female. Will I get a female Travel Buddy?
Ans: We can arrange for a female Travel Buddy for a female traveller.
1.I have made the payment via online transfer. How can I get my receipt?
Ans: Once you share the payment confirmation number, invoice would be mailed to you in two working days. 2.Which identity proofs are accepted?
Ans: Any Government approved identity proof is accepted.
1.How can I cancel my tour?
Ans: If circumstances force you to cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us as soon as possible. As per the booking terms and conditions, we are constrained to levy the cancellation charges per person.
2.How do I get a refund for the booking that I have cancelled?
Ans: As per the cancellation policy, the appropriate amount would be directly credited into your bank account.
3.What are the cancellation charges applicable on cancelling a tour?
Ans: If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 5000/- per person
shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 05 to 01 days prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted. In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
4.By when can I expect the refund against the cancellation of my booking?
Ans: The refund amount would reach your banking account within 15 days of cancellation.
