It is a crucial requirement that all clients make a full disclosure of any additional needs which they have (for their disability) before their acceptance onto a Planet Abled holiday, whether or not they believe these to be relevant. Failure on the part of any client to do so could potentially result in a risk to their health whilst during travel, and could seriously impair the holiday for all concerned.
It is advisable to take a doctor’s note and phone number. Travel with a statement from your doctor, preferably on letterhead, covering your condition, medications, potential complications, special needs and other pertinent information.
We start planning our holidays many months in advance. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of your booking, amendments will sometimes be necessary. Most changes will be minor, but occasionally we have to make a significant change.
We reserve the right to makeminor changes both before and after your booking has been made.
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday arrangements.
Planet Abled reserves the right to claim any additional expenses because of delays/changes in the itinerary, caused due to reasons beyond Planet Abled control.
If you have any special requests for type of accommodation, special diets etc., please inform us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be met, but we will endeavor to help. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part.
